September marks the start of construction of The Line – JHOMEA®

September marks the start of construction of The Line. The building corresponds fully to Aveiro City Council's urban plan for this part of Forca — an area expected to be the city's main direction of expansion. It is fair to say that in the coming years this will be the place with the best balance of housing, retail and services, but above all of green space and accessibility.

With 60 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, The Line was designed to offer comfort and practicality, but above all a sense of aesthetic distinction to its residents.

Worth noting are the private areas and the surrounding garden, equipped for exercise and encouraging time outdoors.

A few months after its official launch, The Line has more than 65% of its units sold.

Due for completion in the second half of 2027, it is set to become another landmark in Aveiro's urban landscape.
