The development comprises 24 apartments and a commercial space, which will eventually house JHOMEA’s new headquarters, strengthening the company’s connection to the city and to one of its key urban development areas.
Featuring an architectural design defined by large balconies and generous outdoor spaces, DESIRE was conceived to enhance the relationship between the interiors, the surrounding environment, and views over the Ria de Aveiro. Among the different layouts, the project stands out with a penthouse featuring a private terrace of over 200 m², enjoying a privileged position overlooking the city and the lagoon.
