The development will grow out of the restoration of a heritage house, preserving the building's historic identity and setting it within a contemporary architectural intervention of three villas and two apartments looking out over the ocean, conceived for a segment that values exclusivity, privacy and a genuinely distinctive residential experience.
According to José Afonso, CEO of JHOMEA,
“We believe that true luxury comes from the ability to preserve the identity of a place and reinterpret it for the demands of contemporary life. Rocco – Quartiere Mare represents that vision, bringing heritage, architecture and design together in a genuinely exclusive residential concept.”
The intervention favours high-quality materials, generous glazed surfaces, carefully designed gardens, private pools and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, offering a way of living marked by sophistication, comfort and wellbeing.
The development's aesthetic identity will be completed by a selection of pieces from the Dolce&Gabbana Casa collection, set into the outdoor spaces as an expression of a vision of luxury in which heritage, architecture and design live together in perfect harmony.
For JHOMEA, Rocco – Quartiere Mare is another step in a strategy of developing signature residential projects, where each development is conceived to enhance architecture, respect heritage and offer its future residents something genuinely different.
Sales are expected to open in the second half of 2026, with construction due to start in 2027.
