Located on Rua do Crasto, the building has only two floors and a generous green area, with the developer committing to environmental care and intending to adopt the best sustainability practices.

Since 2022, the developer has already delivered more than 170 homes in Aveiro and has another 100 in the pipeline, reinforcing its commitment to the city's growth.
